Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or “final sale” items.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Follow the instructions provided for returning the item.

  3. Send the item back safely in original packaging with all parts and accessories.

  4. After inspection, we will approve the return and issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or our error.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order with photos showing the issue.

  • Verified defective or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, including return shipping covered by us.

8. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned.

  • Returns made after 30 days but within 60 days may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.
